Making the decision to seek therapy can be a challenging one. It’s important to me that you know that this is one of the reasons why I deeply honor the journey you are considering setting out on.
There are so many reasons you may be seeking out therapy. Maybe you’re here reading this because you’ve recently become aware of an area you’d like to unpack, process or grow in. This could be:
A negative pattern in your life
Unhelpful decisions you tend to make
Relationship patterns you notice aren’t healthy for you
A difficult decision you’re feeling unprepared to make
Feeling stuck in some way or area of life
Part of your past that you realize is unresolved

I see therapy as a sacred space to do the work you need for the mental health support you deserve. Not that you “need” therapy because something about you is not strong enough, wrong or broken. Quite the contrary. Each of us are unique people that are worthy of the space needed to create healing.
The first step to change is becoming aware, and I want to support you in building awareness of the things that you’re experiencing. Experiential therapy means that I’ll ask you questions about what you may be emotionally or physically experiencing in the present when discussing something. The moment matters, as it helps us connect our bodies and minds in order to increase self-compassion and support healing.
Through this increased emotional awareness, we can build insight towards growth and change that is meaningful and long-lasting. Depending on what you’re most in need of, I’ll offer you support by utilizing different therapy tools and techniques, from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to holistic approach, and more. No matter what you’re coming to therapy for, I will work with you to create goals worth working towards.
My approach to treating your mental health from a holistic perspective is what sets me apart as a clinician. I am a Certified Integrative Mental Health Provider, and this gives me a lens that broadens the scope of the questions I will ask so that I can support you across the many areas of life that feed into your mental health goals. I not only want to hear about what is bringing you into therapy, I want to hear about all of the pieces that make you who you are. I’m interested in lifestyle, nutrition, sleep, spirituality/faith, physical activity, and relationships to name a few.
I am private pay only, and do not accept insurance. However, you will receive a Superbill after each session showing what you have paid, and you can send these to your insurance to request reimbursement if you’d like.
We only have one life to live, and we all deserve the support we need to thrive. It’s time to find healing, improve coping, and create deeper connections.
If you’re ready to take the first step, fill out the form below and I will contact you back to schedule a free 15 minute consultation.
Please note: I have limited slots available. Book your session today to reserve your spot.
